Life is getting so busy that one finds it practically impossible to have time for ones own self. This has led to depression becoming a common part of our lives. Obviously, if any such phase occurs in anyone's life, one should do every possible thing to do away with it, be it external help or guidance. But then, nothing at all can supersede the power of yoga in killing depression. Yoga helps you to connect with your inner self, helps you to listen to your inner call, your mind's your body's call. If man puts into practice a few of the elementary principles of Yoga, he would be far better equipped to cope with his complex existence. Our Yoga sessions are conducted on one to one basis so as to provide you with individualized attention.
Course duration : 4 weeks
1 session of 1 hr each per week
Note – All our courses can be completed earlier with prior intimation for those students who are hard pressed on time, by putting in more no.of hours or coming on consecutive days.
