Terms & Conditions

The course tutor has the right to terminate student's tuition on grounds of misconduct
No Video cameras / photographs will be allowed inside the training room
Course should be completed in the prescribed duration with an extension of no more than 2 months

Refund Policy

At Dr. Namrata’s Dhanwantri Ayurved, we make every effort to ensure transparency and clarity before enrolment. Our courses involve limited seats, faculty time, and practical clinical exposure, therefore the following refund policy applies.

1. Course Registration & Advance Fees

An advance or full fee paid confirms the student’s seat.

Once a seat is reserved, it cannot always be offered to another student at short notice.
The deposit will be deducted from the total course fee and the balance must be paid on the first day of the training program.

2. Cancellation Before Course Start

More than 15 days before course start
👉 Refund of 70% of the course fee (30% deducted as administrative and processing charges)

7–15 days before course start
👉 Refund of 50% of the course fee

Less than 7 days before course start
👉 No refund

3. After Course Commencement

No refunds will be provided once the course has started.

This includes:

Non-attendance

Early departure

Personal reasons

Medical or travel-related issues

4. Visa Rejection (International Students)

If a student’s visa is rejected:

Official visa rejection proof must be submitted

50% of the course fee will be refunded

Processing charges and bank fees are non-refundable

5. Course Rescheduling (Instead of Refund)

Subject to availability, students may request to shift to a future batch

This is at the discretion of the institute and must be requested in writing

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days

Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment

International bank charges, if any, will be deducted

7. Important Notes

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course

The institute reserves the right to make changes to course schedules if required
